The time and date are announced in a clear, female voice at the touch of a button. The clock also has 4 alarm settings, a talking 24 hour stopwatch function, an 8 minute snooze alarm,and volume control setting. It measures 4" X 3" X 1.5" and uses 2 AAA batteries which are not included.
